AT&T Wants To Limit iPhone Usage - Diggnation Daily

Heavy smartphone users only represent 3% of consumers, but we take up the most space in the airwaves. They want to create a way - that's still contractually legal in line with net neutrality and FCC regulations - to somehow knock down on the intense iPhone users, in hopes of opening up the network a little. Kevin thinks AT&T just needs to understand this one small concept: the future of the world. It's time to effing upgrade.
